What is the return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Due to the nature of the product, no returns or exchanges will be offered. The sole exception is if your item is received damaged. If this does occur please contact us at cozybosscandles@hotmail.com with pictures of the packaging/ container and we will be happy to replace it.
What is the burn time of each candle?
30-40 hours
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all of Canada.
How long does shipping take?
We reserve 1-3 business days for processing. Once with the postal office, it can take 3-5 business days with Standard, and 1-3 business days with Expedited, to be delivered.
Do you make custom/bulk orders?
Yes we do! Contact us at cozybosscandles@hotmail.com to create a custom order.
Can I cancel an order?
Once the order and payment is processed, unfortunately orders cannot be cancelled.
